At the beginning of this month, I was perusing the official Autism Speaks blog. I saw this post and it gave me hope for the future autism, and I feel as though we are on the road to finding a cure. The year of 2011 has been such a successful year for not only Autism Speaks, but for Autism Awareness in general, and this blog post shows that if we keep a strong voice in all communities, the fight to cure autism will continue to be an issue that many people in congress will pay attention to.
